Paudie Hanley, founder and president of Hanley Group Custom Builders, brings over two decades of experience crafting some of the most distinguished homes in the Sound Shore region. Originally from Ireland, Paudie emigrated to the U.S. in 1993 and has since built a reputation for delivering bespoke luxury homes, renowned for their meticulous craftsmanship and timeless design.
Known for his hands-on approach, Paudie personally oversees every stage of construction, collaborating closely with clients to ensure each project is flawlessly tailored to their vision and lifestyle. His deep expertise in navigating local building regulations, coupled with his unwavering commitment to quality, results in homes that effortlessly blend sophistication with modern living.

Simon Edwards
Simon Edwards, project manager at Hanley Group, brings a unique blend of client-focused service and technical expertise to every project. With over 15 years in home construction and 8 years in client services in the UK, Simon has honed a keen ability to translate client visions into beautifully executed homes. Whether managing a refined bathroom renovation or overseeing a complete home transformation, Simon's meticulous attention to detail, enthusiasm, and problem-solving acumen ensure seamless project execution.
Simon is dedicated to maintaining strong partnerships with designers, architects, and engineers, ensuring each build not only meets but exceeds expectations. His collaborative approach guarantees that every aspect of a project aligns with the client’s lifestyle and aesthetic goals.
Outside of his professional role, Simon enjoys quality time with his wife and three daughters. He’s also an avid cyclist and golf enthusiast, always ready to embrace the outdoors.

Tim O’Donnell
Tim O'Donnell, project manager at Hanley Group, brings over 30 years of construction experience and more than two decades in management to every project he oversees. Known for his guiding philosophy, "There is always a solution," Tim excels at navigating the complexities of construction with a calm, hands-on approach. His deep industry knowledge and attention to detail allow him to transform client visions into reality, whether it’s a custom addition, a ground-up residential build, or a commercial project.
Tim is the "boots on the ground," expertly walking clients through each phase of construction, from planning to completion. His clear communication and problem-solving skills ensure that even the most overwhelming decisions are handled with care and precision. A trusted and reliable partner, Tim's dedication to the client's best interests is at the core of his work.
As a key member of Hanley Group for over 10 years, Tim, alongside Paudie and Simon, has played an instrumental role in establishing Hanley Group as one of Westchester County’s premier custom builders.

Cristian Mayaguari
Cristian Mayaguari, foreman at Hanley Group, is known for his exceptional work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. He began his journey with Hanley Group in 2005 as a Carpenter’s Helper, where his ambition quickly stood out. Under the mentorship of Paudie Hanley, Cristian mastered various trades and honed his skills in carpentry, rising to the level of Master Carpenter in just a few short years.
Working closely with both Simon and Paudie, Cristian not only became proficient in reading plans but also developed a strong foundation in overseeing all aspects of project management. As Foreman, he now leads teams with the same dedication and precision that have been hallmarks of his career, ensuring each project meets the high standards Hanley Group is known for.

Sara Cremins
Sara Cremins, office manager at Hanley Group, brings a strong background in event planning and organizational management to her role. With five years of experience managing large-scale events for Marriott International, coordinating functions for up to 750 guests, Sara has honed her skills in logistics, timing, and attention to detail—qualities she now applies to managing Hanley Group’s office operations and project timelines.
In her dual role as Office and Project Manager, Sara ensures that every project runs smoothly, tracking development, timelines, and cost estimates with precision. Her role is vital to keeping the team and projects on track, while also spearheading the development of Hanley Group's Residential Maintenance division, a growing sector of the business.
Sara’s dedication to efficiency and her proactive approach make her an invaluable member of the Hanley Group team.
